Description: 1. The 5A ACS712 is a microprocessor-based, single-phase current sensor specifically designed for precision current measurement in the range of +/- 5 Amperes. 2. Accuracy: With an accuracy of +/- 1%, this sensor ensures reliable and accurate measurements for various applications, making it suitable for both industrial and hobbyist projects. 3. Operating Principle: The ACS712 uses the current transformer principle, allowing it to measure the alternating current flow without physical contact with the conductor, ensuring safety and ease of installation. 4. Interface: Featuring a built-in amplifier, this sensor comes with a 0.5-6V DC excitation voltage requirement, and its output is a 4-20mA analog signal or a current loop, which can be easily interfaced with data acquisition systems, controllers, and other devices. 5. Temperature Compensation: The ACS712 includes automatic temperature compensation, ensuring stable and accurate measurements even in extreme temperatures ranging from -4
